About
My name is John Meissner
I am the President of Threaded Studios, a full-service architecture and planning firm in Phoenix, Arizona. With more than 20 years of experience, I’ve led projects in retail, workplace, industrial/distribution, tenant improvements, and custom residential design. My background in architectural design, project management, and construction documentation helps me deliver projects that are both precise and innovative.

Before founding Threaded Studios, I held leadership roles at Butler Design Group, managing complex commercial projects from concept through construction. I also gained hands-on experience with LEED-certified projects, construction administration, and on-site representation.
I hold a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Idaho and am a licensed architect in Arizona (Credential ID 62304).
