Marley Park

A two-building retail infill project completing the final phase of development at the Marley Park Retail Center. The 8,000- and 4,000-square-foot masonry buildings are designed to complement and match the existing Phase 1 retail architecture, creating a cohesive experience throughout the center. Threaded Studios is serving as architect and designer, with the project currently progressing through City of Surprise design review and an anticipated opening in late 2027.
