Beals Residence

A conceptual design for a new private residence on a challenging hillside site in Prescott Valley, Arizona. The proposed multistory home was envisioned with a contemporary architectural approach, incorporating expansive glazing, cast-in-place concrete, home automation, and a dedicated safe room. Threaded Studios served as architect and designer, developing the concept to explore how a modern residence could respond to the site's dramatic hillside setting within the Prescott National Forest. The project was completed through the design phase to help the owner envision a potential future residence.
