Acacia Office

A 6,700-square-foot, two-story office building designed for a 0.6-acre infill site in Gilbert, Arizona. Threaded Studios served as architect and designer, creating a distinctive Western-inspired design for the project. Originally designed in 2019 as the headquarters for a local general contractor, the building included dedicated storage for the owner’s custom car collection. The project was later redesigned and ultimately constructed in 2024 as the headquarters for a medical device sales and supply company. Threaded Studios successfully navigated the redesign, re-permitting, and ownership changes over several years, bringing a unique infill project from its original concept through construction.
