Marvin Court

A new 5,000-square-foot corporate headquarters designed for a local general contractor. The two-story steel and masonry building was designed by Threaded Studios to provide a professional, functional headquarters tailored to the owner's needs. Threaded Studios served as architect and designer through the design phase. The project ultimately did not proceed to construction, as the owner chose to pursue a different building on a separate site.
