Power Industrial

A large-scale industrial development consisting of four new tilt-panel distribution and manufacturing buildings totaling 540,000 square feet across a 37-acre site in Queen Creek, Arizona. The project was a collaborative effort between DLR Group and Threaded Studios, with DLR Group providing entitlement and design services and Threaded Studios providing construction documentation and construction administration.
