A high-end, 36,000-square-foot, two-story mixed-use office building developed as a build-to-suit headquarters for a leading audiovisual integration company. Located on a 2.5-acre infill site, the project included new site improvements and a coordinated shell and interior buildout. Threaded Studios provided design development, construction documentation, and construction administration for the building shell, collaborating with Butler Design Group and Smith Group JJR Architects throughout the project.
